Symptoms

DOM:n tila on muuttunut tilasta "hereillä ja käynnissä" toiseen tilaan.

DOM sisältää solmun käynnistystiedot. Jos solmu käynnistetään uudelleen DOM-vian aikana, se ei välttämättä palaa verkkoon oikein.

ECS:ssä on havaittu DOM-vika.

Cause

Raportoidun solmun DOM-toiminnassa on virhe.

Resolution

Varmista, että ongelma ei ratkea:

  1. Listaa levyt cs_hal jotta löydät DOM:n laitetunnuksen. Sen pitäisi olla ensimmäinen luettelossa näkyvä sisäinen asema.
# sudo /opt/emc/sbin/iSMART_64 -d /dev/sda

  1. Jos DOM epäonnistuu, Dell-tuki voi asentaa solmun näköistiedostosta uudelleen niin, että se käynnistyy SSD-levyltä DOM:n sijaan. Luo palvelupyyntö ja viittaa tähän tietämyskannan artikkeliin.
