Symptoms

De status van de DOM is veranderd van 'wakker en actief' naar een andere status.

De DOM bevat de opstartinformatie voor het knooppunt. Als het knooppunt opnieuw wordt opgestart terwijl er een DOM-fout is, komt het mogelijk niet correct weer online.

Er is een DOM-fout gedetecteerd in het ECS.

Cause

Er is een fout opgetreden met de DOM op het gerapporteerde knooppunt.

Resolution

Controleer of het probleem zich nog steeds voordoet:

  1. Maak een lijst van de schijven met behulp van cs_hal om de apparaat-ID van de DOM te vinden. Dit zou de eerste interne schijf moeten zijn die wordt vermeld.
# sudo /opt/emc/sbin/iSMART_64 -d /dev/sda

  1. Controleer de status van de DOM met behulp van cs_hal. Dit is te vinden in het veld "state".

  1. Als de DOM mislukt, kan Dell Support een nieuwe image van het knooppunt maken zodat deze opstart op de SSD in plaats van op de DOM. Open een serviceaanvraag en raadpleeg dit KB-exemplaar.

Additional Information

Soms, afhankelijk van het DOM-model; Slimme uitvoer kan er als volgt uitzien. Alle nul (0) waarden en geen statuspercentage worden gerapporteerd. Dit wordt ook beschouwd als een mislukte DOM.
