Symptoms

DOM 的狀態已從「喚醒並運行」更改為另一種狀態。

DOM 保存節點的引導資訊。如果節點在 DOM 失敗時重新開機，它可能無法正確重新連線。

在彈性雲伺服器中偵測到 DOM 故障。

報告節點上的 DOM 發生故障。

Resolution

確認問題仍然存在：

  1. 列出使用 cs_hal 尋找 DOM 裝置 ID 的磁碟。它應該是第一個列出的內部驅動器。
# sudo /opt/emc/sbin/iSMART_64 -d /dev/sda

  1. 使用 cs_hal 檢查 DOM 的狀態。這會在「state」欄位中找到。

  1. 如果 DOM 故障，Dell 支援部門可以重建節點的映像，使其在 SSD 上開機，而非 DOM。開啟服務要求並參考此 KB。

Additional Information

有時，取決於 DOM 模型;智慧輸出可能如下所示。全部為零 （0） 個值，且不報告健全狀況百分比。這也被視為失敗的 DOM。
