Symptoms

DOM 的状态已从“唤醒并运行”更改为另一种状态。

DOM 保存节点的引导信息。如果节点在发生 DOM 故障时重新启动，则它可能无法正确地恢复联机状态。

在 ECS 上检测到 DOM 故障。

报告的节点上的 DOM 出现故障。

Resolution

验证问题是否仍然存在：

  1. 使用 cs_hal 列出磁盘以查找 DOM 的设备 ID。它应该是列出的第一个内部驱动器。
# sudo /opt/emc/sbin/iSMART_64 -d /dev/sda

  1. 如果 DOM 出现故障，戴尔支持可以重新映像节点，使其在 SSD 而不是 DOM 上启动。打开服务请求并引用此知识库文章。

有时，取决于 DOM 模型;智能输出可能如下所示。报告所有零 （0） 值和不报告运行状况百分比。这也被视为失败的 DOM。
