“Data Domain 容量利用率”报告中缺少所有针对 Data Domain 系统的基于 SNMP 的数据收集请求均失败，并显示以下错误消息：

所有基于 SSH 的数据收集请求均已成功完成。  在调试低dpaagent.log中，SNMP 在尝试收集信息时请求超时，然后返回上述错误消息：

Data Domain 系统配置了多个 NIC 和 IP。  从 DPA 代理程序针对 Data Domain 短名称运行 nslookup 时，它会解析为多个 IP 地址，其中只有一个 IP （a.b.c.130） 是管理接口：

从 DPA 代理针对 Data Domain 主机名（如下所示）运行 snmpwalk 失败。

snmpwalk.exe -r:<DD_hostaname> -c:public -v:2c -p:161

针对管理接口的 IP 地址 （a.b.c.130） 运行 snmpwalk 成功完成，并从 Data Domain 返回数据。

Data Domain 系统配置为使用多个接口，但只有管理接口接受传入的 SNMP 请求。

可以采取以下步骤来解决此问题：

1. 登录到 DPA 代理程序系统
2. 浏览至 hosts 文件（位置取决于作系统）
3. 使用文本编辑器打开主机文件
4. 添加或更新 Data Domain 主机名的条目，以便现在列出管理接口 IP
5. 重新启动 DPA 代理程序服务
