Symptoms

De volgende fout wordt weergegeven tijdens de installatie van de licentie nadat het hulpprogrammaknooppunt is vervangen:

ERROR: avmaint: license: server_exception(MSG_ERR_NOTSTARTED)

Cause

De Avamar Services Control Daemon (ASCD)-service is uitgeschakeld op het Avamar Utility-knooppunt.

Resolution

  1. Meld u aan bij het Avamar hulpprogrammaknooppunt als admin.
  2. Controleer of de ASCD-service niet wordt uitgevoerd. De volgende opdracht geeft geen uitvoer als de ASCD-service niet beschikbaar is. Als de service wordt uitgevoerd, stopt u met het gebruik van deze oplossing 
    ps -ef |grep ascd |grep -v "grep"
  3. Start ASCD opnieuw: 
    ascd start
