Snap Refresh not working correctly.  Snap data does not update until after 2nd Snap Refresh

Cause

The mount points on both systems, Target and Source must be unmounted while refreshing the snapshot.

Resolution

  1. unmount the mount points for both the primary LUN and the Snapshot before performing the Snapshot Refresh.
  2. Perform the Refresh operation.
  3. Then re-mount the Primary LUN and Snapshot.
