Symptoms

Inntasting av LDAP-brukernavn og -passord i DPA Gui gir ingen handling. Og ingen popup-feil genereres.
Det ble observert at hvis man skriver inn feil brukernavn eller passord, gir DPA melding om at feil brukernavn eller passord er angitt.

Når serveren skal logge konfigurasjon i DEBUG og gjenskape problemet, registreres følgende feil i feilsøkingsserverlogger:

Cause

Videre undersøkelser av LDAP-feilkoden viser at brukerkontoen er låst:
 
49 775 1909 ERROR_ACCOUNT_LOCKED_OUT
 

Resolution

Engasjer Windows Active Directory Administrator for å låse opp LDAP-brukerkontoen.
