この記事では、Isilonドライブ サポート パッケージのインストールの失敗を回避する方法について説明します。

Isilonドライブ サポート パッケージ1.xのインストールが失敗し、次の出力が表示されます。
 

Cluster# isi_dsp_install /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/dsp/Drive_Support_v1.4.tar

WARNING: /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/dsp/Drive_Support_v1.4.tar is not installed
ERROR: No logdata lines for 2015-03-23 10:25:13 or later
DSP Install Failed, 103.589804888 sec elapsed

 

Cause

このエラーは、Field Replaceable Unit (FRU)パッケージがクラスターのいずれかのノードにインストールされている場合に発生します。
 

Resolution

 この問題の解決策は、 クラスター上のすべてのノードからFRUパッケージを削除することです。
 

  1. クラスターの少なくとも1つのノードにFRUパッケージがインストールされていることを確認します。
isi_for_array "isi pkg info --forced_local | grep IsiFru_Package"
  1. すべてのノードからFRUパッケージを削除します。
isi_for_array "isi pkg delete --forced_local IsiFru_Package_<timestamp_from_step_1>"
  1. Isilonドライブ サポート パッケージを今すぐインストールします。
isi_dsp_install Drive_Support_v<version>.tar
