本文概述 Secure Remote Support 使用的 IP 位址。

所有全新或現有的安全遠端服務安裝都必須新增下列的所有主機名稱和 IP 位址。

注意：本文是針對 ESRS 和 SRSv3 所建立。安全連線閘道 5 所需的主機名稱和 連接埠也在 SCG 說明文件中，例如 SCG 5 支援矩陣和 SCG5 使用者指南等。
 
注意：SCG 需求與本文所述類似，但也 需要連接埠 8443 才能 esrs3-core.emc.com 和 esrs3-coredr.emc.com （本文已更新以反映此問題。）

所有 Secure Remote Services 使用者都將在預定日期遷移至新的 Secure Remote Services 基礎結構，為淘汰現有的基礎結構做準備。無論地理位置，所有主機和 IP 位址都應設定為「僅連出」。

  • 對於全域存取伺服器 （GAS） 伺服器的 https 流量，必須允許連接埠 443 和 8443 上的流量。
若無法為 GAS 伺服器開啟連接埠 8443，將會導致顯著的效能影響 （30 - 45%），並可能導致末端裝置在解決問題時發生延遲。
  • 不允許 SSL 檢查、憑證驗證或憑證代理。
  • 此外，Secure Remote Services V3 （VE 或 DE） 需要存取下列主機，以取得替代連線方式 FTPS：

注意：我們無法提供具體的 IP 位址或位址範圍，因為 IP 位址取決於解析 EMC 線上支援主機使用的 DNS 伺服器位置 （地理位置）。如果使用者必須提供 IP 位址，則應在本機使用 nslookup，並使用該 IP 位址。可能會發現有一個以上的 IP 位址，因為 DNS 可能會進行「循環制」。如果發現此現象，使用者應在其防火牆中設定此 IP 位址，以允許容錯移轉。如果在 ESRS IP 用戶端 (裝置閘道) 上使用主機檔案，您只能使用一個 IP 位址作為 EMC 線上支援。如果在 EMC 線上支援認證主機檔案中引用的特定主機可能失敗，這確實會造成輕微的暴露。
