Funktionsbeskrivelse


SupportAssist er en automatiseringsfunktion, der gør det muligt for understøttede switche at kommunikere diagnosticerings- og fejlfindingsoplysninger direkte til Dell, f.eks.:
  • Hardwareadvarsler
  • Systemfejl
  • Ændringer i linktilslutningsmuligheder
Hvis du har en aktuel ProSupport- eller ProSupport Plus-rettighed på switchen, kan SupportAssist også automatisk oprette tekniske supportsager og sende e-mailadvarsler, når der registreres væsentlige forbindelses- eller hardwareproblemer.

   

SupportAssist er kun tilgængelig på switche i S-serien, der kører på firmwareversion 9.9.0.0 eller nyere.
 
SupportAssist kræver installation af SmartScripts-automatiseringspakkeversion 9.7.0.0 eller nyere på switchen. SmartScripts-automatiseringspakken kan downloades fra supportwebstedet Dell Networking Force10.
