Descripción de la función


SupportAssist es una característica de automatización que permite que los switches compatibles comuniquen información de diagnóstico y solución de problemas directamente a Dell, como por ejemplo:
  • Alertas de hardware
  • Fallas del sistema
  • Cambios en la conectividad de enlace
Si tiene un derecho actual de ProSupport o ProSupport Plus en el switch, SupportAssist también puede crear automáticamente casos de soporte técnico y enviar alertas por correo electrónico cuando se detectan problemas importantes de conectividad o hardware.

   

SupportAssist solo está disponible en los switches de la serie S que funcionan con la versión de firmware 9.9.0.0 o superior.
 
SupportAssist requiere la instalación del paquete de automatización de SmartScripts versión 9.7.0.0 o superior en el switch. El paquete de automatización de SmartScripts se puede descargar desde el sitio de soporte de Dell Networking Force10.

Comandos adicionales de SupportAssist

 
  • Para deshabilitar SupportAssist, rechace el EULA mediante el comando global eula-consent support-assist reject.
Dell(conf)# eula-consent support-assist reject
I do not accept the terms of the license agreement. The SupportAssist feature has
 been deactivated and can no longer be used.
 To enable SupportAssist configurations, accept the terms of the license agreement
by configuring this command 'eula-consent support-assist accept'.

  • SupportAssist en los switches de la serie S incluye indicaciones guiadas para ayudarlo con la configuración. Inicie el asistente de SupportAssist mediante el comando global support-assist activate.
