機能の説明


SupportAssistは、サポートされているスイッチが次のような診断およびトラブルシューティング情報をDellに直接伝達できるようにする自動化機能です。
  • ハードウェア アラート
  • システム障害
  • リンク接続の変更
スイッチに現在のProSupportまたはProSupport Plusの資格がある場合、SupportAssistは、接続またはハードウェアの重大な問題が検出されたときに、テクニカル サポート ケースを自動的に作成し、Eメール アラートを送信することもできます。

   

SupportAssistは、ファームウェア バージョン9.9.0.0以降で動作しているSシリーズ スイッチでのみ使用できます。
 
SupportAssistを使用するには、SmartScriptsオートメーション パッケージ バージョン9.7.0.0以降をスイッチにインストールする必要があります。SmartScriptsオートメーション パッケージは、 Dell Networking Force10サポート サイトからダウンロードできます。

 


SupportAssistの有効化

 
  1. SmartScriptsパッケージがインストールされていることを確認します。

  1. SupportAssistを有効にするには、エンド ユーザー ライセンス契約(EULA)に同意します。

Dell(conf)# eula-consent support-assist accept
  1. オプションのSupportAssistの詳細を設定します。

  • SupportAssistを無効にするには、グローバル コマンド eula-consent support-assist rejectを使用してEULAを拒否します。
Dell(conf)# eula-consent support-assist reject
I do not accept the terms of the license agreement. The SupportAssist feature has
 been deactivated and can no longer be used.
 To enable SupportAssist configurations, accept the terms of the license agreement
by configuring this command 'eula-consent support-assist accept'.
EULAが拒否された場合、SupportAssistの設定は許可されません。
 
  • Sシリーズ スイッチのSupportAssistには、構成を支援するガイド付きプロンプトが含まれています。グローバル コマンドsupport-assist activateを使用して、SupportAssistウィザードを起動します。
