기능 설명


SupportAssist는 지원되는 스위치에서 다음과 같은 진단 및 문제 해결 정보를 Dell에 직접 전달할 수 있는 자동화 기능입니다.
  • 하드웨어 알림
  • 시스템 장애
  • 링크 연결의 변경 사항
현재 스위치에 ProSupport 또는 ProSupport Plus 소유 권한이 있는 경우 SupportAssist는 중요한 연결 또는 하드웨어 문제가 감지될 때 자동으로 기술 지원 케이스를 생성하고 이메일 알림을 보낼 수도 있습니다.

   

SupportAssist는 펌웨어 버전 9.9.0.0 이상에서 작동하는 S-Series 스위치에서만 사용할 수 있습니다.
 
SupportAssist를 사용하려면 스위치에 SmartScript 자동화 패키지 버전 9.7.0.0 이상을 설치해야 합니다. SmartScript 자동화 패키지는 Dell Networking Force10 지원 사이트에서 다운로드할 수 있습니다.

  • SupportAssist를 비활성화하려면 글로벌 명령 eula-consent support-assist reject를 사용하여 EULA를 거부합니다.
Dell(conf)# eula-consent support-assist reject
I do not accept the terms of the license agreement. The SupportAssist feature has
 been deactivated and can no longer be used.
 To enable SupportAssist configurations, accept the terms of the license agreement
by configuring this command 'eula-consent support-assist accept'.
