功能描述


SupportAssist 是一種自動化功能，可讓支援的交換器將診斷和故障診斷資訊直接傳達給 Dell，例如：
  • 硬體警示
  • 系統故障
  • 連結連線能力的變更
如果您的交換器上有最新的 ProSupport 或 ProSupport Plus 權益，SupportAssist 也可以自動建立技術支援案例，並在偵測到重大連線或硬體問題時傳送電子郵件警示。

   

SupportAssist 僅適用於執行韌體版本 9.9.0.0 或更高版本的 S 系列交換器。
 
SupportAssist 需要在交換器上安裝 SmartScripts 自動化套件 9.7.0.0 版或更新版本。可從 Dell Networking Force10 支援網站下載 SmartScripts 自動化套件。

  • 若要停用 SupportAssist，請使用全域命令 eula-consent support-assist reject，以拒絕 EULA。
Dell(conf)# eula-consent support-assist reject
I do not accept the terms of the license agreement. The SupportAssist feature has
 been deactivated and can no longer be used.
 To enable SupportAssist configurations, accept the terms of the license agreement
by configuring this command 'eula-consent support-assist accept'.
如果 EULA 被拒絕，則不允許使用 SupportAssist 組態。
 
  • S 系列交換器上的 SupportAssist 包含引導式提示，可協助您進行設定。使用全域命令 support-assist activate 啟動 SupportAssist 精靈。
