功能描述


SupportAssist 是一项自动化功能，允许支持的交换机直接向戴尔发送诊断和故障处理信息，例如：
  • 硬件警报
  • 系统故障
  • 链路连接中的更改
如果您的交换机当前拥有 ProSupport 或 ProSupport Plus 权限，SupportAssist 还可以自动创建技术支持案例，并在检测到重大连接或硬件问题时发送电子邮件警报。

   

SupportAssist 仅适用于采用固件版本 9.9.0.0 或更高版本的 S 系列交换机。
 
SupportAssist 要求在交换机上安装 SmartScripts 自动化软件包版本 9.7.0.0 或更高版本。SmartScripts 自动化软件包可从 Dell Networking Force10 支持网站下载。

 


启用 SupportAssist

 
  1. 验证 SmartScripts 软件包是否已安装。

Dell(conf)# eula-consent support-assist reject
I do not accept the terms of the license agreement. The SupportAssist feature has
 been deactivated and can no longer be used.
 To enable SupportAssist configurations, accept the terms of the license agreement
by configuring this command 'eula-consent support-assist accept'.
如果 EULA 被拒绝，则不允许进行 SupportAssist 配置。
 
  • S 系列交换机上的 SupportAssist 包含引导式提示，可帮助您进行配置。使用全局命令 support-assist activate 启动 SupportAssist 向导。
