Log into Dell Support web site

Find the page for the Model

Download the firmware

 

Log into Dell Support web site


Open Dell support web site. The web site link is given below

https://www.dell.com/support/home

Find the page for the Model


You can either provide the service tag of the switch or the model name under Search Support.

For example,
if the service tag is XXXXXX, enter XXXXXX in "Search support" and click on "Search".

You can also give the model name of the switch.

For example,
If we are searching for N2048 series switch. Search for N2000 in "Search Support" and click "Search".

Click on Drivers and Downloads. You will find the Firmware in this page
