要收集 MD3000/3000i 存储上的诊断日志，您需要 Modular Disk Storage Manager v5.0 (MDSM) 和以下步骤：
 
 
  1. 打开 Modular Disk Storage Manager (MDSM)。 
  2. 连接到要从中收集支持信息的存储设备。
  3. 选择 Support 选项卡。
  4. 现在，单击 Gather Support Information。

  5. 在将显示的下一个对话框中，单击 Save Support Information。

  6. 单击“Browse”，然后选择名称和位置以保存支持信息报告。

  1. 单击 Start。支持信息将被收集。

  3. 报告日志在指定位置创建为 *.zip 文件
