Symptoms
DC モード(バッテリ電源)で動作していてバッテリ残量が20%より低いシステムに接続した後に外付けThunderbolt 3デバイス (例： 外付け thunderbolt HDD) が認識されないことがあります。バッテリの充電が少なくなる前にThunderbolt 3デバイスが接続されていた場合、バッテリ容量が少なくてもアクセス可能な状態になります。
Resolution
システムは設計どおりに動作しています。
デフォルトでは、バッテリの残量が少なくなった時に、Windows 10 のバッテリセーバモードが自動的に有効になり、Thunderbolt 3デバイスが検出されなくなります。
問題が発生した場合、システムにACアダプタを接続し起動してください。
