Symptoms

問題說明

幾天到幾周后，UI 中的後端和前端視圖僅顯示載入圖示，而不是預期的資訊。 

案例

一段時間過後，UI 在載入 SDS、SDC 和磁碟區檢視時開始發生停止回應。

症狀

發生此問題時，可在前端或後端檢視中看到以下螢幕截圖：

在「%appdata%\EMC\scaleio\logs\log.txt」的 UI 記錄中，可能會發生數千種下列情況：

java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException：無法在 10,000 個要求中取得完整的 QueryPoll 回應

 

影響

無法從 UI 管理或監控 ScaleIO 系統。  

Cause

此問題的根本原因是，在 ScaleIO 系統中仍然存在的磁碟區數量超過 1000+ 的一段時間內，有一千+ 個建立和刪除磁碟區 （vtree）。這會影響後端和前端檢視都在使用的 BaseTreeTablePanel 使用的 UI FilterController，也會決定後端和前端檢視最終顯示的時間。由於UI永遠不會獲得完整的模型，因此載入圖像會一直旋轉，直到模型完全載入。

這種類型的問題可能會在 OpenStack 部署中看到，因為由於 OpenStack 中快照的性質，磁碟區上會有很多建立/對應/取消對應/刪除事件。 

Resolution

 

目前的因應措施是使用 sci 切換 MDM 擁有權： 

scli --switch_mdm_ownership --new_master_mdm_id <ID of Slave MDM>
