Symptoms

使用選項 Persistent_Copy_Limit（n） 執行 zDP VDG 時，每天移除saved_snapsets時計數值 （n） 並未減少，導致出現下列警告訊息。  
EIP0257W VDG vdg_name, Persistent Copy Limit reached (nn)

Cause

這是軟體問題所導致。

Resolution

因應措施：
 
  • 請勿使用「Persistent_Copy_Limit」選項。
或
 
  • Set Persistent_Copy_Limit(256)
 
 永久修正：
 
  • 針對 Mainframe Enablers 8.5，已開發 PTF SF85032 來修正此問題。可從 Dell 線上支援下載。
  • 針對 Mainframe Enablers 8.4，已開發 PTF SF84115 來修正此問題。可從 Dell 線上支援下載。
