智慧指令檔: 

 

智慧指令檔的功能: 

  • 頻內更新方法 - 設計用於在主機作業系統中執行 

  • 實質上是作為針對自訂目錄的離線 DSU 運作 

  • 常用於 Windows 環境中,搭配可推送 .bat 檔案的工具,例如 SCCM 

 

建立智慧文稿: 

  • 在應用程式偏好設定 > 附掛程式下,確定已安裝 Dell EMC Smart Script 附掛程式。如果沒有,請選中它旁邊的框,然後選擇右上角的“更新” 

  • 瀏覽至您要匯出為 SUU 的任何儲存庫 

  • 選取儲存庫或套裝選擇 

  • 在上方功能表中選取匯出 

  • 選取智慧指令檔,然後選取作業系統,並選取儲存位置 

注意:選取強制更新以進行降級。

智慧指令檔工作流程: 

  • 執行套用元件指令檔 

  • 安裝 Dell 系統更新 (DSU) 

  • 安裝後立即執行 DSU 

  • 這會啟動套件中的清查收集器,以查看安裝的內容 

  • 然後進行目錄比較,並自動執行所需的更新 

  • 更新完成後,它會解除安裝 DSU 

注意:如果之前已安裝 DSU,也會將其移除。 

 

智慧指令檔故障診斷: 

 

注意:DSU 會將記錄儲存在下列位置,但由於指令檔會安裝和解除安裝 DSU,因此會遺失記錄,除非解除安裝時發生 DSU 錯誤。 

Windows: C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell EMC System Update\dell_dup 

Linux: /usr/libexec/dell_dup 

 

未更新任何元件: 

  • 查看執行指令檔的目錄中的apply_components.log 

  • DUP 類型是否正確? 

  • 如果 DUP 類型正確,則很可能是清查收集器問題。 

 

清查收集器問題: 

  • 查看執行指令檔的目錄中的apply_components.log 

  • Inventory Collector 會掛接 USB 分割區,因此請確保 USB 並未列入黑名單/封鎖 

  • 清查收集器可能難以列舉特定裝置,但在此方案中仍應可完成。  

注意:錯誤顯示「警告:清查收集器傳回部分故障」 
  • 如果記錄未告知任何資訊,請以偵錯模式執行清查收集器 

  • 如何執行 invcol 處於偵錯模式 

        1.下載版本的 invcol 您已經在使用(與文稿位於同一目錄中) 

        2.解壓縮 DUP 適用於 invcol 

        3.以偵錯模式執行:

    invcol –type=debug 

        4.檢查輸出結果,瞭解要解決的真正錯誤 

        5.如果沒有牽引力,請參與 SST 

     

單一更新無法執行: 

  • 檢查 apply_components.log 在錯誤的預設記錄位置 

  • 檢查韌體和驅動程式的版本資訊,以排除任何已知問題,例如過時等 

  • 嘗試以相同版本重新回復元件  

如果重新刷新成功,則表示該特定 DUP 有問題。可能需要步驟或存在缺陷。 

如果重新刷新失敗,則是作業系統問題或元件問題。 

  • 以偵錯模式執行 DUP 

  • 除錯模式指示

 

所有更新都無法執行: 

  • 檢查預設記錄位置中的apply_components.log是否有錯誤 

  • 不過,幾乎可以肯定是操作系統級別的問題 

  • 若要取得封鎖的根本原因,請在偵錯模式下執行 DUP 

  • 除錯模式指示:

 

智慧指令檔無法執行:
