Symptoms

SQL Serverのホスト名を変更した後、DDBEAは新しいホスト名を検出できません。

Cause

Windows OSレジストリーに古いホスト名が引き続き表示されます。

Resolution

  1. 構成ファイルの新しいホスト名を更新し、ロックボックスを再登録します。
  2. 手順1で問題が解決しない場合は、DDBMAを新規にインストールします。
  3. 手順2で問題が解決しない場合は、Windows OSレジストリーで古いホスト名のキーワードを検索すると、古いホスト名を使用しているエントリーがあることがあります。OS/SQLチームと連携してレジストリーを修正するようにお客様に依頼します。
