PowerFlex Gateway 升級作業無法升級 MDM 叢集，因為 MDM 叢集版本不相符。

主要 MDM 事件記錄，顯示啟動升級的命令失敗。

主要 MDM 追蹤記錄顯示新升級的 MDM 無法與舊版主要 MDM 通訊：

影響

MDM 叢集將處於降級狀態。升級已暫停。

Cause

PowerFlex Gateway 會指示 MDM 開始升級。即使 MDM 無法進入升級狀態，閘道仍會繼續執行升級。次要 MDM 已升級，但由於叢集未處於升級狀態，將無法重新連線至主要 MDM。 

Resolution

MDM 叢集首先需要返回到正常狀態。

1.在 PowerFlex Gateway 中，使用復原按鈕還原在次要 MDM/TB 上完成的升級。

2.確認所有次要 MDM/TB 均已連線，且 MDM 叢集處於良好狀態。

3.確認升級狀態為「無升級」。如果狀態與此不同，請使用 SCLI 手動完成升級：

 

scli --finilize_upgrade
 
 

4.使用 SCLI 手動開始升級：

 

scli --start_upgrade
 

5.從 PowerFlex Gateway 再次開始升級，因為叢集處於升級狀態。
