Symptoms

PowerFlex Gateway升级作无法升级 MDM 群集，因为 MDM 群集版本不匹配。

主 MDM 事件日志显示启动升级的命令失败。

主 MDM 跟踪日志显示新升级的 MDM 无法与旧版本的主 MDM 通信：

影响

MDM 群集将处于降级状态。升级已停止。

Cause

PowerFlex Gateway指示 MDM 启动升级。即使 MDM 无法进入升级状态，网关也将继续执行升级。辅助 MDM 已升级，但无法重新连接到主 MDM，因为群集未处于升级状态。 

Resolution

MDM 群集首先需要恢复到正常运行状态。

1.在 PowerFlex Gateway中，使用回滚按钮恢复在辅助 MDM/TB 上完成的升级。

2.验证所有辅助 MDM/TB 是否已连接，并且 MDM 群集处于正常运行状态。

3.验证升级状态是否为“No Upgrade”。如果状态不是此状态，请使用 SCLI 手动完成升级：

 

scli --finilize_upgrade
 
 

4.使用 SCLI 手动启动升级：

 

scli --start_upgrade
 

5.在群集处于升级状态后，从 PowerFlex 网关再次启动升级。
