NetWorker-webbgränssnittet kunde inte hämta det senaste antalet för instrumentpanelsövervakning

Övervakningsprocessen behöver behörighet till NWUI-nyckelbehållaren för att fylla i instrumentpanelsinformationen. Informationen "monitoringdbpasswordalias" alias har tagits bort från NWUI-nyckellagringsfilen (nwui.keystore) och övervakningsprocessen kan inte autentiseras. Orsaken till de försvunna "monitoringdbpasswordalias" alias är inte känt.

NWUI-nyckelbehållaren bör visa "monitoringdbpasswordalias" alias:

Informationen "monitoringdbpasswordalias" alias måste återskapas i NWUI-nyckelbehållaren. Lösenordet för NWUI-nyckelbehållaren krävs för att autentisera till NWUI-nyckelfilen. I proceduren ska NWUI-nyckelbehållarens lösenord användas i stället för <lösenord>.
 

1. Öppna ett kommandotolksfönster med alternativet "Kör som administratör".
2. Skapa en kopia av pg_hba.conf:

copy "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\nwuidb\pgdata\pg_hba.conf" "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\nwuidb\pgdata\pg_hba.conf_original"

3. Öppna filen pg_hba.conf med en textredigerare:

notepad "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\nwuidb\pgdata\pg_hba.conf"

• Ändra METOD från "md5" till "trust" för alla okommenterade användare längst ned i filen
• Spara ändringarna i pg_hba.conf

4. Stoppa NetWorker WebUI Database och NetWorker Web Management UI Server services: net stop nwui
5. Starta tjänsterna "NetWorker WebUI Database" och "NetWorker Web Management UI Server": net start nwui
6. Anslut till NWUI-databasen med psql:

"C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\postgres\12\bin\psql" -U nwuiuser -d nwui -p 5435

1. Ändra lösenordet "nwuiruser" till lösenordet för NWUI-nyckelbehållaren: ALTER USER nwuiuser WITH PASSWORD 'password';
2. Avslutapsql-anslutningen: quit
3. Stoppa tjänsterna "NetWorker WebUI Database" och "NetWorker Web Management UI Server" : net stop nwui
4. Skapa en ny fil nwuidb.conf:

notepad "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\nwuidb\pgdata\nwuidb.conf"

• Ange Base64-koden för lösenordet för NWUI-nyckelbehållarens lösenord <> i den nya nwuidb.conf-filen: https://www.base64encode.org/
• Spara ändringen i den nya nwuidb.conf-filen.

9. Återställ pg_hba.conf:

 copy "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\nwuidb\pgdata\pg_hba.conf_original" "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\nwuidb\pgdata\pg_hba.conf"

10. Starta tjänsterna "NetWorker WebUI Database" och "NetWorker Web Management UI Server": net start nwui
11. Bekräfta monitoringdbpasswordalias skapades i NWUI-nyckelbehållaren:

"C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre1.8.0_321\bin\keytool.exe" -list -keystore  "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\app\conf\nwui.keystore"

12.  Kontrollera att symptomet inte längre påträffas i NWUI.
