Symptoms

[Gaming]タブでスマートHDRゲーム オプションを変更すると、スマートHDRモードを切り替えた後、モニターに一時的に黒い画面が表示されます。

影響を受けるプラットフォーム:

  • Dell 32 4K UHDゲーミング モニターG3223Q
  • Dell 32インチ ゲーミング モニターG3223D
  • AW3423DWF

Cause

モードの切り替え中は、モニターのリフレッシュに時間がかかります。モニターは、空白のオプションを除き、切り替えた後、最初に黒い画面を表示します。

Resolution

モニターの変更が完了すると、UIが更新されます。

  1. 設定が適用されると設定が反映され、それ以上のアクションは必要ありません。
  2. 設定をさらに変更できるのは、UIが最新の情報でアップデートされた後のみです。
