Symptoms

The Linux File System Agent installation script generates: 

The lsb_release command is not found

Cause

The lsb_release Linux package is not installed on the Linux file system Client.

Resolution

The 'Additional Linux prerequisites' section in the PowerProtect Data Manager File System User Guide indicates the Linux lsb_release package is required. See the Linux Operating System documentation for steps to install the Linux lsb_release package.
