Cause

Windows 11 22H2では、マルチプレーン オーバーレイ(MPO)がデフォルトで有効になっているため、この問題が発生します。

Resolution

機能への影響はありません。タスクバーは引き続き機能します。サインアウトして再度サインインするか、コンピューターを再起動して問題を解決します。
