Symptoms

Les ordinateurs Inspiron, Vostro ou Latitude peuvent afficher un écran noir clignotant lors d’un appel test dans Microsoft Teams. L’appel d’un contact dans Microsoft Teams ne reproduit pas le problème.

L’étape à suivre pour reproduire le problème est la suivante :

  1. Flashez le BIOS le plus récent et installez tous les pilotes.
  2. Installez la dernière version de Microsoft Teams.
  3. Accédez à Paramètres Microsoft Teams, puis cliquez sur Appareils.
  4. Choisissez Passer un appel test sous Périphériques audio.
  5. Un écran noir clignote pendant l’appel test.
