Instructions

SyncIQ 정책에 장애가 발생하면 실패한 이유를 보고서로 기록합니다. 실패한 작업이 완료되면 SyncIQ 정책의 상태가 다음과 같이 표시됩니다. needs_attention 상태:

이는 예상된 동작입니다. 이 needs_attention 상태는 이전 작업이 실패했으며 검토 및 조사가 필요할 수 있음을 나타냅니다.

실패의 원인을 파악하려면 에서 작업 ID를 식별합니다. needs_attention 영향을 받는 정책 보고서를 검토하여 상태를 파악합니다.

아래 예에서 SyncIQ 정책 테스트는 다음을 보여줍니다. Job ID 1 역 state=needs_attention.

작업 ID가 식별되면 보고서를 보고 출력 끝에 나열된 기본 작업 ID 아래에 기록된 하위 보고서를 찾습니다.

각 하위 보고서에는 작업이 성공적으로 완료될 수 있는 하위 보고서를 포함하여 시작 시간과 종료 시간이 있습니다.

실패한 작업에 대한 하위 보고서 목록을 사용할 수 있게 되면 실패 이유를 식별하기 위해 확인할 하위 보고서를 지정합니다.

원래 문제가 해결되었지만 SyncIQ 작업이 계속 실패하는 경우 각 하위 보고서에는 실패에 대한 서로 다른 이유가 포함됩니다. 성공하기 전에 최근 실패에 대한 최신 하위 보고서를 보는 것이 좋습니다.

SyncIQ 정책이 다시 실행되고 실패 없이 완료되면 상태가 needs_attention 에서 Finished. 오류가 지속되면 조사를 통해 적절한 개선 조치를 결정해야 합니다.
