NutzerInnen von Dell Command Update (DCU) bemerken möglicherweise, dass die Anwendung unerwartet beendet wird, wenn sie versuchen, Dell Optimizer mit DCU auf Version 4.0 zu aktualisieren.
Cause
Im Rahmen des Upgradeprozesses fährt das Dell Optimizer-Installationsprogramm den Dell Tech Hub-Service herunter, der sowohl von DCU als auch von Dell Optimizer verwendet wird.
Die DCU-Benutzeroberfläche (UI) wird beendet, wenn der Service beendet wird.
Resolution
Der Dell Tech Hub-Service wird zwei Minuten nach Abschluss des Dell Optimizer-Upgrades neu gestartet.
DCU kann erneut ausgeführt werden, um zu überprüfen, ob die Updates abgeschlossen wurden.
Alternativ wird durch das Starten von DCU der Dell Tech Hub-Service automatisch neu gestartet.
