问题系统的 UMASK 值为 027：
- 使用 640 权限创建了新文件。
- 新创建的具有 750 权限的目录
要了解当 umask 设置为 027 时使用哪些权限创建文件和目录，只需从 Linux 在 umask 之前为文件和目录设置的默认权限中减去该值，即文件为 666 ，目录为 777 。
- 新文件：666 - 027 = 640
- 新目录：777 - 027 = 750
由于此设置，所有 helm 映像在 PVC 中都有 640 个权限。
将 UMASK 更改为 0022：
1。更新 UMASK 值。
vi /etc/login.defs Update the line UMASK 027 ---> UMASK 022 save it.
2.加载配置：
source /etc/profile
3.退出 shell 并重新登录
将更新最新的配置。
#testing：如果您创建任何新文件，它将以 644 权限创建
