PowerScale：NFS 在群集重新启动后间歇性地无法插入导出，导致客户端装载失败

Symptoms

尝试在以前使用的导出上装载或执行作的客户端收到此错误：

# mount -F nfs example.com:/ifs/testexport /tmp
nfs mount: example.com:/ifs/testexport: No such file or directory

# cd /test
-bash: cd: /test: No such file or directory

以下消息可能会在 nfs.log。别名无法插入导出，因为路径条目不在 LIN 树下：

TESTCLUSTER-21 nfs[4900]: [nfs] Failed to insert "/ifs/testexport" for export 36 with status 0xc0000467(STATUS_FILE_NOT_AVAILABLE)

Cause

遇到此问题的可能性相对较低，但在群集同时重新启动（升级、修补程序安装等）时会出现此问题。在 NFS 启动期间，系统发出 syscall 以打开并加载导出。极少数情况下，系统调用可能会因同时重新启动而失败，从而导致加载一个或多个导出失败。

Resolution

可能的解决方法是运行滚动重新启动，而不是同时重新启动。例如，运行滚动升级，而不是同时升级。

要解决此问题，请重新加载受影响的分区。这应该是无中断的。

isi nfs exports reload --zone=<zone of affected exports>
