商務用 Windows Hello 啟動時，攝影機可能會停止回應。畫面顯示，找不到裝置，在 Peripheral Manager 或 Device Manager 中找不到或偵測不到攝影機。
Cause
攝影機韌體 （FW） 是此問題的起因。
Resolution
有三種因應措施可復原此問題：
- 拔下並插入上游纜線
- 關閉顯示器再重新開啟
- 從顯示器拔下電源纜線，然後重新插入
解決方案：
已發佈新的韌體，可修正攝影機停止回應或卡住的問題。從顯示器的驅動程式與下載下載韌體：
