登录到 IDRAC 后，两个节点都保持正常运行且呈绿色。

Cause

1.此警告可能反映节点的物理性能降级或网络中节点的连接问题。
2.也可能是由于 HealthAgent 服务处于停止或关闭状态引起的，就像本例中一样。

Resolution

1.如果您看到上述警告，请通过登录到 iDRAC 来检查服务器的硬件。验证服务器的硬件运行状况。
2.如果所有设备都处于正常运行的硬件状态，则可能无法检测到软件运行状况。
  • 如果是这种情况，请登录到 PEP 会话并打破玻璃以检查每个节点的运行状况。

  • 如果在 PowerShell 命令行中状态为“已停止”，请使用以下命令手动启动它 
icm node-X {start-service healthagent -verbose}
  • 运行 start-service 命令后，重新运行“get-service”命令以检查运行状况代理服务。

  • 等待五分钟，然后刷新管理员门户。相关警告应自动清除。

提醒：如果无法打开 PEP 会话，您可以通过耗尽、停止、启动和恢复扩展节点来有效地重新启动扩展节点。这应该会在启动时启动服务。
