Notice for the %Cpu(s): The first two items are us and sy.
The us means User CPU time.
The sy means System CPU time.
In this scenario, we see that the sy continues to jump above 90% and the us is staying under 20%.

Cause

CPU 和内存未按照 VxRail Manager 虚拟机的预期标准进行配置。
这会导致 VxRail Manager 虚拟机进程占用大部分内存和 CPU。
这不允许用户进程完成捆绑包的解压。

Resolution

要解决此问题，请更改虚拟机配置：

有两个选项可用于关闭 VxRail Manager。
1.  从 SSH 会话： 
shutdown -P

2.  在 vSphere Client 中，右键单击 VxRail Manager 虚拟机，然后单击电源，然后单击关闭来宾作系统。
从 vSphere 关闭 VxRail Manager 的位置。
 
  • 虚拟机关闭后，单击VM Hardware部分中的EDIT。
单击何处可编辑虚拟机硬件设置
  • 在 Hardware Settings 屏幕中，将 CPU 更改为 6，将内存更改为 16 GB。
编辑设置屏幕以更改 CPU 和内存。
  • 单击 OK并启动虚拟机。
  • 重试升级。
