Symptoms
如果仅配置专用 SMTP 警报，则不会为 ECS 生成 DialHome SR 本机警报。
Cause
为 ECS 本机警报生成 DialHome SR 时，专用 SMTP 配置具有限制。
这是设计的本意。
要为 ECS 本机警报生成 DialHome，戴尔服务 （CLM） 使用 Secure Remote Services （Secure Remote Services） 网关。
由于专用 SMTP 没有 Secure Remote Services，因此不会从 CLM 生成呼叫总部案例。
Resolution
如果客户端需要 ECS 的本机警报，则需要 SCG 网关。
