Alerty natywne DialHome SR dla ECS nie są generowane, jeśli skonfigurowano tylko dedykowane alerty SMTP.

Cause

Dedykowane konfiguracje SMTP mają ograniczenia podczas generowania DialHome SR dla natywnych alertów ECS.

Jest to zamierzone.

Aby wygenerować natywne alerty DialHome dla ECS, Dell Services (CLM) używa bramki Secure Remote Services (Secure Remote Services).
