Symptoms

症状
このシナリオでは、プレゼンテーション サーバー(mgmt-server)がSDSノードにインストールされています。

プライマリーMDMからのイベントには、メンテナンス モードになって再起動された管理サーバーがインストールされているSDSが表示されます。

When the node boots up, the mgmt-server service initiates but fails when attempting to start the Alert Manager service.

問題

アラートはUIに表示されません。

Cause

ノードの再起動後、Presentation Serverにアラートが表示されないという問題がありました。この散発的な問題は、ノードの起動中のタイミングまたは競合状態に関連している可能性があります。

Resolution

この問題を回避するには、mgmt-serverサービスを再起動してアラートを復元します。

systemctl restart mgmt-server.service
