Symptoms

Beim Hinzufügen von PowerMax und beim Fortfahren mit Schritt 4 zum Festlegen von Gruppen und Pools wird ein Pop-up-Fenster mit der folgenden Fehlermeldung angezeigt: 
VMAX operation failed. Error: getDeviceMAskingGroups:: archwayexception:null
 
VMAX-Vorgang ist fehlgeschlagen. Fehler: getDeviceMAskingGroups:: archwayexception:null

Im AppSync Server-Protokoll wird Folgendes angezeigt: 
<date time>  ERROR [default task-1] [com.emc.archway.restapi.restresources.vmax.ManagedStorageSystemInstancesResource] [as-serv] [] 40f25299-1683-46ea-948c-5e7b51ee74d0->>> Exception Occurred: VmaxOperationException, Message: VMAX operation failed. Error: getDeviceMaskingGroups:: archwayexception :null
