Symptoms

При добавлении PowerMax и переходе к шагу 4 для указания групп и пулов появляется всплывающее сообщение об ошибке: 
VMAX operation failed. Error: getDeviceMAskingGroups:: archwayexception:null
 
Сбой операции VMAX. Ошибка: getDeviceMAskingGroups:: archwayexception:null

В журнале сервера AppSync отображается следующее: 
<date time>  ERROR [default task-1] [com.emc.archway.restapi.restresources.vmax.ManagedStorageSystemInstancesResource] [as-serv] [] 40f25299-1683-46ea-948c-5e7b51ee74d0->>> Exception Occurred: VmaxOperationException, Message: VMAX operation failed.
