Symptoms

Tijdens het toevoegen van de PowerMax en doorgaan naar stap 4 om groepen en groepen op te geven, wordt er een pop-upfout ontvangen met de opdracht: 
VMAX operation failed. Error: getDeviceMAskingGroups:: archwayexception:null
 
VMAX-bewerking mislukt. Error: getDeviceMAskingGroups:: archwayexception:null

Het logboek van de AppSync Server geeft het volgende weer: 
<date time>  ERROR [default task-1] [com.emc.archway.restapi.restresources.vmax.ManagedStorageSystemInstancesResource] [as-serv] [] 40f25299-1683-46ea-948c-5e7b51ee74d0->>> Exception Occurred: VmaxOperationException, Message: VMAX operation failed.
