Symptoms

Påloggingsskjermbildet for PowerFlex Manager-brukergrensesnittet vises, men påloggingsforsøk lykkes ikke. 

-Etter å ha skrevet inn legitimasjon, møter brukerne en feilskjerm (se skjermbilde nedenfor).

PowerFlex GUI PFMP

Cause

  • Tømming av hurtigbuffer og nettleserhistorikk fungerte ikke
  • Sjekket podenes status ved hjelp av kommandoen nedenfor, og alle podene var "Running"
kubectl get pods –n powerflex
  • Jeg sjekket asmManager pod logger, og det syntes påloggingsforsøk ble sittende fast på SSO login scenen

Resolution

Start keycloak pods på nytt ved hjelp av kommandoen nedenfor. 

kubectl rollout restart sts -n powerflex keycloak

MERK: Som observert, starter "rollout restart deployment" bare en nøkkelkappepod, så du må starte den andre nøkkelkappepodden separat.
