Symptoms

 

可套用 XMP 設定檔 1 選項，然後在開機失敗三次後返回預設值。

受影響的平台：

  1. Alienware Area-51 AAT2250

  

Cause

 

BIOS OcFailsafe 旗標只能在 Alienware Command Center （AWCC） 中清除。系統無法開機至作業系統以傳遞旗標，因此會保持使用中狀態。因此，XMP 會設定回「停用」，因為系統認為故障保護情況仍然存在。

   

Resolution

 

OCFailSafe 旗標只有在讀取值時，才會在 AWCC 中清除。如果在作業系統階段之前清除旗標，AWCC 並不知道發生了故障防護。如果未安裝 AWCC 並觸發 OC 故障防護，則使用者無法啟用 OC 功能。因此，應引導使用者重新安裝 AWCC。
