DSU/SUU：Windows Server 2016 上使用舊版 Intel NIC 發生Invcol.exe當機

Symptoms
Dell System Update （DSU） 和 Server Update Utility （SUU） 應用程式可能會invcol.exe Windows Server 2016 上記錄當機。這通常發生在 Intel 網路裝置 （NIC） 出現時，例如 Intel X520 和 I350 系列的 PCI 卡，其中包含某些第 13 代和第 14 代伺服器上的內嵌 NIC。
由於當機，整個主機中沒有任何元件可供更新清查。
Cause
當機發生在現在捆綁在 Inventory Collector 24.09 中且不再與 Windows Server 2016 或更舊版本完全相容的新 Intel 網路網路 NIC 清查庫。
Resolution
Dell 工程部門已在清查收集器 （IC） 模組 24.12 版中實作部分修正，以避免當機造成無法清查或更新任何主機元件。確認主機已連線至網際網路且可連線至 https://downloads.dell.com，然後執行 DSU 以下載較新的 IC 24.12 模組。
但是，DSU 仍無法偵測到較舊的 Intel NIC，也無法更新任何過時的韌體版本。必須使用 iDRAC 執行的頻外更新來檢查和更新 Intel X520 和 I350 系列 NIC。
