Avamar: Cloud Tier가 활성화되거나 구성된 경우 IDPA 2.7.7로 업그레이드한 후 백업이 실패함

백업 실패 로그에 다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.

avtar Info <10642>: DDR errors caused the backup to not be posted, errors=0, fatals=0
avtar Info <12530>: Backup was not committed to the DDR.
avtar FATAL <8941>: Fatal server connection problem, aborting initialization. Verify correct server address and login credentials.

온라인 OEC(Object Existence Check)에서 연결을 열지만 열린 상태로 유지됩니다.

Data Domain 엔지니어링 팀에서 아직 이 증상을 조사하고 있습니다.

임시 해결 방법은 CM_OEC_ENABLED 비활성화하는 것입니다. 오브젝트는 데이터 이동의 일부로 클라우드에 기록됩니다. OEC는 클라우드에 있는 이러한 오브젝트를 주기적으로 나열하여 예상하는 항목이 클라우드에 모두 존재하는지 확인합니다. 이는 DIA(Data Invulnerability Architecture)의 중요한 부분입니다. 누락된 개체가 있으면 알림이 발생합니다. OEC가 비활성화된 경우에는 이 검사가 수행되지 않습니다.
