Dopo aver abilitato Data Domain Governance Mode, i backup dell'immagine VMware iniziano a non riuscire con il seguente messaggio di errore:

Questo errore può verificarsi anche per i backup guest come Windows, file system Linux, database e così via
Cause
La modalità governance non è configurata sul lato Avamar Server.
In questo caso specifico, la versione del proxy Avamar è 19.4 e pertanto non supporta questa funzione:

Resolution
Leggere attentamente la Guida > all'amministrazione di Dell Avamar 19.10 Data Domain Retention Lock > Abilitare Data Domain Retention Lock in modalità governance.
Eseguire l'upgrade del proxy o dell'Avamar Client alla versione 19.10.
Per verificare che il problema sia stato risolto correttamente, controllare i log di Avamar per eventuali messaggi di errore relativi al blocco di retention di Data Domain. Se il problema persiste, contattare il supporto Dell per ulteriore assistenza.
