Symptoms

在 DPA 版本 19.11 中執行「要求歷程記錄」報告時，會顯示下列錯誤：

  • 錯誤 500

Cause

此問題是由在與「請求歷史記錄」外掛程式安全通信期間使用的不相容或不受支援的密碼套件引起的。這會導致連線過早關閉，觸發錯誤 500。

 

Resolution

可以套用下列因應措施步驟。

  1. 例如，<製作現有standalone.xml「install dir>\EMC\DPA\services\standalone\configuration」的複本，並稱為 standalone_bkup.xml。

  2. 更新原始 standalone.xml 檔並替換密碼清單，使其如下所示：

    enabled-cipher-suites="TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384"

  3. 必須依照下列順序停止和啟動 DPA 服務：

    • 停止應用程式伺服器和代理程式;
    • 停止資料存放區和代理程式;
    • 啟動數據存儲和代理;
    • 啟動應用程式伺服器和代理程式。
注意：更新的密碼套件將是未來版本中的預設套件。這意味著不應應用該解決方法。查看版本資訊以確認包含修正程式。
