Symptoms

  • NMC doet er 4 tot 5 minuten over om de inlogpagina te openen.
  • Java trace log (C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\log\javaws_<some numbers.trace>) toont een time-outfout voor de verbinding.

Cause

De trage reactietijd wordt veroorzaakt doordat de NMC client geen internetverbinding of externe verbinding heeft. Wanneer de NMC UI wordt gestart, probeert Java contact op te nemen met de Entrust-webpagina om de certificaten te verifiëren. Na verschillende mislukte pogingen treedt er een time-out op.

Resolution

Schakel de intrekkingscontrole in Java uit.
  1. Open het Java-configuratiescherm. Ga naar het tabblad Geavanceerd - Controles op intrekking van TLS-certificaten uitvoeren.
    • Voor NRE: Ga naar C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre#.#.#_###\bin\javacpl.exe
